Terms of Service
Last updated: 31 October 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
TrustClap ("the Service") is operated by VECTORSPELL LTD ("we", "our", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 17167562. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account and uses TrustClap. By using the Service you agree to them.
2. What TrustClap does
TrustClap lets a business or agency collect feedback from its customers through branded collection pages, record each customer's choice about publishing, review and approve testimonials (including approval by a client through a private link), and publish them to embeddable widgets, a hosted wall and quote graphics. TrustClap does not use AI to generate, rewrite or analyse testimonials.
3. Your responsibilities for testimonials
- You may publish only testimonials you have permission to publish. Feedback collected through TrustClap carries the permission each customer gave; for testimonials you import or add by hand, you confirm that you have that permission and you note where each came from.
- You must not present testimonials in a misleading way: no invented testimonials, and no changes to what a customer said (shortening with a visible "…" is allowed).
- You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to testimonials, endorsements and marketing in the places where you use them.
- You are responsible for your own privacy notice towards your customers. Collection pages link to the privacy policy address you add for each brand.
- When a customer withdraws permission or asks for removal, you must not keep using their testimonial elsewhere.
4. Accounts and teams
Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us about any unauthorised access. The owner of a workspace is responsible for the teammates and client reviewers they invite, and for what they do in the workspace. Billing always belongs to the workspace owner.
5. Plans and billing
- Free costs nothing. Solo and Agency are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance in USD unless shown otherwise at checkout; taxes may be added at checkout.
- TrustClap has no credits or usage fees: each plan is one flat monthly price.
- Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. For eligible transactions, customers may see Link as the merchant of record, and checkout, receipts, invoices, subscription management and transaction-level support may be provided by Stripe or Link. VECTORSPELL LTD remains responsible for the TrustClap service and product support. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
6. Downgrades and cancellation
Nothing is deleted when you move to a lower plan or cancel. If your workspace then uses more than the lower plan allows, you get 30 days to choose what stays public. After that, public pages show the oldest items within the plan's limits (brands, forms, widgets and published testimonials), other widget layouts show as a grid and the TrustClap credit returns. Your inbox, private feedback and exports stay available.
7. Fair use
Plans described as unlimited have no per-item cap, within these fair-use limits:
- 50 collection forms and 50 widgets per brand, 10 questions per form, 3,000 characters per answer;
- 500 responses per form per day, 10 per connection per form per hour and 30 per connection per hour;
- photos up to 8 MB and logos up to 5 MB (PNG, JPEG or WebP, under 40 megapixels);
- 500 rows per import, 10 tags per testimonial, 5 client reviewers and 5 report links per brand, and 100 saved templates.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use TrustClap to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, publish unlawful or abusive content, send spam, attack or overload the Service, or access other people's data. We may pause a brand's public pages, or suspend an account, when it breaks these terms or when we receive a credible report of abuse. Your feedback and exports are not deleted because of a pause.
9. Content and intellectual property
You keep all rights to your content. Your customers keep the rights to what they wrote, subject to the permission they gave you. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to provide the Service. The Service itself, including its design and code, belongs to us.
10. Availability and warranties
We work to keep TrustClap available, but the Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or any particular business result. If a widget cannot load, the page it is embedded on shows its fallback link instead.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VECTORSPELL LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app. You can stop using TrustClap and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: our contact page. VECTORSPELL LTD, Prime Apartments 483 Green Lanes, London, N13 4FG, United Kingdom.
